A Parish Family Picnic celebrating our campus feast day
Date & Time: Saturday, September 12, 2026 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM Following 4:30 PM Mass
Potluck Details: Potluck Dinner Please bring a dish to share. Hot dogs & burgers provided by Knights of Columbus. Soft drinks and beer available for purchase, or coolers welcome.
Activities: Games & Fun For All Ages! Kids Games Raffle Prizes And More!
Giving Tree For the Feast on the Feast celebration, we will have a Giving Tree set up in the vestibule of the church beginning Sunday, August 30 – Sept 6. This Giving Tree will give parish members a chance to help get items needed to use for prizes for the games. We will be asking for different gift cards or some kind of candy. There will be tags hung on the tree to be taken and items returned by Wednesday, September 9.
Sponsorship For the Feast on the Feast celebration, there will be an opportunity to do a sponsorship at different levels to help offset the cost of the event. These sponsorships can be done in memory of someone or in the name of someone.
The levels are as follows:
- $25 – Feast Day Level
- $50 – Arc Angel Level
- $100+ – Saint Helena Level
All sponsorships will be listed on a poster and displayed at the Feast. If you are interested in doing a sponsorship, please send a check made out to Holy Cross to the rectory with a note that it is for a sponsorship at the Feast.
